Mr. Santosh Gupta brings over 17 years of experience in business development, project execution, and product innovation across the energy access, sustainable applications, and climate change sectors. Currently leading the AgriTech initiatives under the Cold Chain vertical at Pluss Advanced Technologies, he is spearheading business expansion across South Asia and Africa, with a focus on sustainable cold chain solutions using Phase Change Materials (PCM). He has successfully managed multi-stakeholder projects with organizations such as IFC, UNDP, GIZ, USAID, MNRE, and DST.

Prior to this, Santosh co-founded and scaled Disan Enterprise, focusing on renewable energy applications and rural development. His earlier roles with GIZ and Development Alternatives involved implementing off-grid energy programs, shaping policy frameworks, and fostering grassroots innovations.

He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and is based in Gurugram, India. Santosh is passionate about leveraging climate-smart technologies to improve livelihoods and build resilient energy ecosystems.
